Re: What Does Change Feel Like?

Dear Dr Karin, Thank you for your explanation of how you have observed that clients who undergo neurofeedback note not the changes that they have themselves "gone through". I phrase it like this because it is my experience that in order for people to notice changes they need to elicit these change themselves from their own raised awareness. But how can one assist a person in raising his/her awareness of him/herself? I have been involved in research & development on how to accomplish this. The only way that we have seen this happen is through our ACM Dia-Gnostic Integrative Observation & Feedback method. If you are interested in specific information I can tell you more about it.
