Great analogy about ocean navigation and wave patterns. Yes, they could read the ocean like we read faces. And feel their environment around them. I studied a little with two Kahunas, and they process information in quite a different way we westerners do. They see the big picture more easily than I did. And with the big perspective comes the ability to recognize patterns and ride them.
