All my email disappeared -- I mean everything, addresses, archived emails, new messages, to-do's, messages I was waiting to hear back about...everything.
Why am I telling you this, other than to share my woes and elicit some sympathy?
Because I am concerned that you may have sent me an email question or comment or request and you haven't heard back from me.
Because I'm worried that you're sitting there thinking...."that Dr. Karen Shue sure doesn't get back to people....".
Because I don't want you to think that your commnications to me don't matter.
Because you do matter to me. And I want to get back to you.
So please, please, re-send your email and I promise to get back to you as quickly as I can.
And please accept my apologies on behalf of my email program and its back-up program (which shall go unnamed). It insists it wasn't personal.
